We´ll check the Lesson 1 (WB) right answers. After that we´ll listen to the Conversation on page 20. You´ll explain and answer questions about the conversation. We´ll check the VOCABULARY on page 20. We´ll have a practice with information (giving directions) from the ITSC.

September 20th, 2011
We´ll work in pairs with the exercise C on page 21. After that we´ll the PRONUNCIATION on page 21. Then we´ll practice with the conversation PAIR WORK on page 21. Finally you´ll start answering WB Lesson 2 (Unit 2).
HW: Finish WB Lesson 2, Unit 2.

You´ll listen to the LISTENING COMPREHENSION on page 22. After that you´ll answer exercise B on page 22. You´ll work in pairs Making Plans to See an Event.

We´ll check the WB Unit 2, Lesson 2 right answers. We´ll fill blanks on the Michael Jackson´s song ("We are the world").

Unit 2: "Going Out"

We´ll check the topic preview. You´ll read the text on page 16. After that we´ll make some comments about Where is it? When is it?, etc. After that I´ll play the CD to listen to the SOUND BITES. We´ll sing. Finally you´ll answer exercises D and E on page 17.

Tuesday 13th, 2011

I´ll play the Cd to listen to the conversation on page 18. After that you´ll practice it in pairs. I´ll explain the Grammar on page 18. You´ll answer exercise B on page 18. Finally we´ll check the VOCABULARY on page 19.

Wednesday 14th, 2011

You´ll start answering Topic 8: "Seeing the U.S." Level 3 at the Lab.

Thursday 15th, 2011

We´ll talk about the events in the pictures and in our city, too. Then you´ll answer exercise E on page 19. We´ll checl the correct information. Making invitations !!!

Finally I´ll explain the VOCABULARY on page 20 (exercise A).

Today you´ll introduce your favorite artist to your partner and he/she will ask you (artist) some personal questions. After that you will ask to your partner (artist) some personal questions to know about you partner´s favorite artist.
